Eligibility Criteria
While Joining our organization you should have to qualify following criteria.

Basic Eligibility:

Teamwork: Ability to work with a team and follow organizational guidelines.

Medical Eligibility For Relevent Position:
Medical Staff (Doctors, Nurses, Phlebotomists): Degree in medicine, nursing, or phlebotomy; valid certification and license to practice; experience in handling blood donations is a plus.
Laboratory Technicians: Degree/diploma in medical lab technology; experience in blood testing and storage procedures.
Counselors: Background in psychology, social work, or counseling; experience in donor motivation and post-donation support.

Marketing & Fundraising: Experience in social media, content creation, or fundraising campaigns.
IT & Database Management: Knowledge of database handling, donor record management.
Event Coordinators: Experience in organizing donation drives, managing logistics.
